Business + Digital Assessment
Evaluate the current digital presence, business objectives, challenges, resources and opportunities before determining what needs to change.
BUSINESS + DIGITAL STRATEGY
JEBTAM combines decades of real-world business leadership with modern digital strategy to help organizations decide what they actually need, what should come first and where technology can create meaningful value.
BUSINESS FIRST
Digital strategy should begin with what the business is trying to accomplish.
Before recommending a website, campaign, search strategy, content program or technology platform, JEBTAM looks at the larger picture — the business, its customers, priorities, resources, challenges and opportunities.
From there, we can determine which digital capabilities make sense, what deserves investment now and what can wait.
Strategy connects business goals with the right combination of technology, media, marketing and execution.
STRATEGIC CAPABILITIES
JEBTAM helps turn broad business objectives into practical digital priorities and an actionable path forward.
Evaluate the current digital presence, business objectives, challenges, resources and opportunities before determining what needs to change.
Establish what deserves attention first, what can wait and how individual initiatives fit into the larger business strategy.
Understand who the business needs to reach and how customers move from awareness and interest toward engagement and action.
Determine which combination of website, search, content, email, social media, video and other capabilities supports the objective.
Evaluate technology and digital investments based on what they can accomplish for the business — not simply because a tool or platform is new.
Identify meaningful measures of progress and use performance, experience and changing conditions to guide the next decision.
BUSINESS EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE STRATEGY
JEBTAM's strategic approach is informed by decades of real-world executive leadership and operating experience.
President and Founder John Kuehner brings nearly four decades of business experience to JEBTAM, including service as Vice President of Global Operations for a large publicly traded chemical company and his current role as Vice President & General Manager of Gasket Resources, Inc.
After retiring from one of his corporate roles, John founded JEBTAM Consulting, bringing that executive, operational and business perspective into consulting and digital strategy. Today, as President and Founder of JEBTAM, that experience continues to shape how the company approaches client challenges.
That means the conversation extends beyond websites and marketing. It includes customers, operations, people, budgets, priorities, investment decisions and the practical realities of running a business.
BUSINESS BEFORE TECHNOLOGY
New technology can create opportunities. It can also create expensive distractions.
Websites, AI tools, email platforms, social networks, analytics systems and automation are all capabilities. Their value depends on whether they help solve a real problem or support a meaningful business objective.
JEBTAM evaluates technology in that context — selecting and connecting tools because they make sense for the business, not forcing the business around a predetermined technology stack.
Objective → Priorities → Right Capabilities → Execution → Measurement → Improvement
BUILT AROUND THE BUSINESS
The right answer depends on what the business actually needs.
Sometimes that means rebuilding the website and digital platform . Sometimes it means strengthening Search + AI , developing an ongoing Content + Publishing program or building a direct audience through Email Marketing .
Other objectives may require Digital Marketing + Social Media , Podcast + Video + Media Production or Brand + Creative .
And sometimes the smartest decision is to improve what already exists rather than replace it.
The strategy determines the capabilities — not the other way around.
FROM STRATEGY TO EXECUTION
A strategy only creates value when something happens because of it.
JEBTAM can stay involved beyond the planning stage, executing individual initiatives or coordinating multiple capabilities as the strategy moves forward.
For organizations that want ongoing support, the relationship can evolve into Digital Presence Management — bringing strategy, execution, measurement and continuous improvement together under one ongoing relationship.
NOT SURE WHAT YOU NEED?
